A pedestrian was reportedly struck early Thursday morning in Minneapolis and a ramp was subsequently closed briefly.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said Minnesota Department of Transportation officials told her the ramp from southbound Interstate 35W to westbound Interstate 94/11th Avenue was closed as a result of the incident.
